Boy-Child has decided he wants to spend the rest of his life with the delightful girl whose visit I posted about seven months ago (See this August 2010 Meet the Parents post in my old blog).
If you remember, she teaches English in Tibet nine months out of the year, and usually only comes home once a year for about eight weeks ....
but she came home again for 6 weeks in January and February of this year.
No, Boy-child did not propose while she was here ... which would have been the normal thing ..... no, he thinks WAAYY too hard about things sometimes, so he missed the "normal" chance to get engaged.
No, he waited until 4 weeks after she had left to realize that he might miss out on the best thing that might ever happen to him if he let her get away.
Read about his proposal HERE on her blog:)
Have a Lovely Day!

P.S. Win a set of LoVeLy notecards in my GiVeAwAy!
P.S. (again) I know I plagarized a tad, daughter-in-law-to-be,(dug-in-lug?) when I "borrowed" part of my title from your post. Please forgive your mug-in-lug-to-be :)

Congratulations! And boys are so funny. I think God must laugh at some of the silly things they do. ;) But he got to the meat of the matter, getting married, so it's all good!
