Dear Reader,
And I am so glad she did!
Our home has not been without it since I read her blog back in February.
It is sooo good...just enough "bite" in the original, but they do make a jalapeno, too, for those of you who really like "bite".
I love to simply spread this cheese on a slice of whole wheat bread, fold it over,
cut slices of fresh red pears or apples, take a good book,
and sit outside watching the birds in my back yard .... and eating ... and reading ....
So relaxing!

Hi Robyn:).....Publix out in Bradley Park carries it. It is in the seafood section with specialty-type foods. I'm told that the Publix in Phenix City has it also.
